【Drug Allergy: Drug Eruption】
This refers to skin symptoms that appear after taking or using medication.
It often occurs with oral medications or injections, but patches, topical creams, eye drops, and inhalers can also cause it.
In addition to redness and hives, a variety of skin symptoms may occur, including blisters, purpura (purple spots), pustules, and erosions.

【Urticaria (Hives)】
Hives can sometimes occur due to drug allergies or other allergic reactions, but they may also appear without any allergy-related cause.

• A board-certified allergy specialist is a physician who has extensive clinical experience treating patients with allergies, is a full member of the Japanese Society of Allergology, has presented research at conferences and in academic journals, and has completed years of training at certified allergy education facilities. After meeting these qualifications, the physician must also pass the specialist certification exam.
• These doctors offer advanced allergy care based on a strong foundation of medical knowledge.
