About Our Appointment System

  • We kindly ask all patients, whether new or returning, to make appointments themselves via LINE or our online reservation system.
  • Appointments made directly at the clinic (reception or during consultation) are generally not accepted.

Appointment Period & Number of Reservations

  • Reservation period: From 2 weeks before the appointment date until 30 minutes before the start time of each reservation slot on the appointment day.
  • For booking multiple family members at once, please use the online reservation system.
  • LINE reservations can only be made for one person at a time.

Request (Regarding Telephone Reservations)

We kindly ask that appointments be made via LINE or the internet as a general rule.
Telephone inquiries take time and may interfere with reception and preparation for consultations. As a result, it affects the service and guidance for patients waiting in the clinic. Therefore, we refrain from accepting reservations by phone.
However, for those who have difficulty using smartphones or computers and cannot make reservations via LINE or the internet, we accept telephone consultations on a limited basis.
