If you arrive after your reserved time, you may be treated as a walk-in for that day.
If you do not arrive, your reservation may be canceled.
If booking for multiple people, please create an account for each patient and make separate reservations.
We strive to provide consultations on time according to your reservation.
However, as a medical facility, consultation times may vary depending on the patient’s condition or health status.
Additionally, we may prioritize patients who require urgent care.
As a result, there may be delays even if you have a reservation.

You can still book without completing the online questionnaire,
but you will need to fill out a paper form upon arrival.
This may result in a longer wait compared to those who completed the online form beforehand.
