What is Narrowband UVB Therapy?

Narrowband UVB therapy is a type of ultraviolet light therapy that is covered by insurance and effective for treating conditions such as atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata, psoriasis vulgaris, chronic eczema, and palmar-plantar pustulosis. By targeting specific wavelengths of UV light, the therapy minimizes side effects and is safe for children and pregnant women. The treatment time has been reduced, making it more convenient and less burdensome.
