<Regarding Cancellation and Changes of Private Medical Appointments>
To provide all our patients with smooth and attentive medical care, we have established the following rules regarding cancellations and appointment changes. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
■ About Appointment Changes and Cancellations
- Please notify us of any changes or cancellations by 4:00 PM on the day before your appointment (excluding break times / by 1:00 PM on Saturdays).
- If the day before your appointment is a holiday, please contact us by the last business day before the holiday.
Example: For a Monday appointment → please notify us by 1:00 PM on Saturday.
■ About Cancellation Fees
- If you cancel without notice after the above deadline, it will be treated as a no-show, and a cancellation fee of 3,300 JPY (tax included) will be charged.
■ About Being Late on the Appointment Day
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, so please be careful.
- Even if you are late by less than 10 minutes, depending on the schedule, we may decline treatment.
■ About Managing Your Appointment Time
- We will not contact you if you are late; please manage and confirm your appointment time yourself.
- If you are unsure about your appointment time, please call us in advance to confirm.
